Ontvang je een e-mail van Inspectie SZW met een waarschuwing over een ontvangen klacht? Let op! Open deze e-mail niet. Dit is een phishingmail. In de bijlage zit een Excel-bestand met malware erin. Heb je het bestand toch geopend? Controleer de computer dan op malware.
De e-mail wordt verstuurd uit naam van Inspectie SZW en is in goed Nederlands geschreven. De e-mail suggereert afkomstig te zijn van de inspectiedienst en geeft aan dat er een onderzoek is gestart naar ‘het bedrijf van de ontvanger’.
Het onderzoek richt zich op ‘schending van het arbeidsrecht tijdens de crisisperiode’. De exacte klacht is te lezen in het Excel-bestand dat als bijlage is toegevoegd. Bij het openen van de het bestand wordt gevraagd om de macro’s in te schakelen. Bij het inschakelen wordt malware geplaatst op de computer.
